Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication is plus
  • Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention
  • Have Good knowledge of Office, Email & Zoom (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meets, Calendar, and so on)
  • Have a Excellent communication skills, Strong capability in copywriting both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Min. 2 years experiences in handling Customer service or Administration

Responsibilities

  • Plan and present the visual content production workshops and training materials
  • Proactive in giving ideas and improvements to the content production team
  • Responding to customer inquiries: answering questions about products or services, providing information, and helping customers with issues they are experiencing.
  • Providing technical support: assisting customers with technical issues related to products or services.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction: ensuring that customers are happy with the service they receive and taking steps to improve customer satisfaction.
