We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Company as a Customer Services Marketing professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support while also supporting our marketing initiatives. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, address their inquiries and concerns, and contribute to marketing campaigns will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our products and services.

Role and Resposibilities

·Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat) promptly and professionally.

·Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customer problems.

·Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and maintaining a helpful and friendly demeanour.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to provide personalized assistance.

·Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, gather testimonials, and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

·Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer success stories and leverage them for marketing purposes.

·Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences.

·Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.

·Support lead generation efforts by capturing customer insights and feedback, identifying potential leads, and providing data for market research.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

·Proven experience in customer service or customer-facing roles, preferably in the education or technology industry.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.

·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.

·Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing platforms.

·Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including content creation and social media management.

·Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

·Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
