About the Opportunity

As a Volunteer Business Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in driving informed decision-making and strategic planning. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, define requirements, and propose actionable insights that shape our platform’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide input on user experience improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Assist in creating financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, user stories, and workflows.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of platform features and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Analyze data and conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the live events industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to contribute to a transformative startup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
