A Harrisburg, PA-based organization that specializes in providing management solutions to non-profit organizations in the United States. Currently, we offer two SaaS solutions: RunPTO, a system for managing parent-teacher organizations, and RunHOA, a system for Home Owner Associations.
We’re dedicated to revolutionizing how Parent Teacher Organizations (PTOs), Booster Clubs, and schoolsmanage their operations. Our comprehensive platform offers an array of powerful tools, from financial management and membership administration to event coordination and communication. We empower school-related organizations to streamline their processes, engage their communities, and make a lasting difference in education.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have an enriching experience with RunPTO. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and knowledgeable assistance to customers via email, chat and phone about RunPTO.
- Guiding clients through RunPTO software usage, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.
- Collaborating with our team to contribute to ongoing product enhancements and improvements.
- Resolving issues and addressing concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Requirement:
Requirements for this position include a 3-month commitment with at least 1-2 hours per day, & fluency in English (both written and spoken)
