Our client is a leader in the Airbnb coaching industry, committed to helping individuals start and grow their Airbnb real estate businesses. They are renowned for their tailor-made strategies, interactive training programs, and expert mentors who empower clients to excel in their professional lives.

We are currently in search of a dedicated, responsive, and customer-centric individual to fill the role of a Customer Support Representative. This position requires someone who can offer excellent service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently, thus contributing to a positive customer experience. Familiarity in the short term rental sector (specifically Airbnbs) is a plus, or the ability and interest to learn.

Responsibilities

• Proactively calling customers to help resolve issues and provide necessary guidance
• Thoroughly document customer interactions and update records as required
• Responding to customer inquiries through email and other platforms in a timely manner
• Continually aim to enhance the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work closely with the coaching team to ensure accurate information is relayed to clients

Requirements

• Female candidates are preferred
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in a customer service role
• Knowledge or ability to learn real estate information
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to multitask and remain calm and effective under pressure
