Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Technical Sales Manager who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end innovation process, from ideation and prototyping to commercialization.
• Analyze market feedback and performance metrics to refine product offerings and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics to inform innovation strategy.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product concepts.
• Develop business cases and conduct market assessments to assess product viability and potential.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing product innovation opportunities.
• Champion innovation culture by fostering collaboration, experimentation, and learning within the team.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills, including cross-functional team leadership and collaboration.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market in the food and beverage industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
