About The VP Marketing (Food And Beverages) Role

Reporting directly to the CEO in Jakarta, you will be responsible for establishing and aggressively driving the mass media journey in Indonesia and over time building brand awareness with the objective of driving traffic to the outlets in the country. This is a critical induction and part of the core marketing team which will be responsible for building brand equity in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to excellence and achieve business objectives
• Work effectively across functions such as retail operations, sales, etc.
• Drive total country marketing strategy and initiatives to drive increased sales and market share
• Track the effectiveness of each campaign and provide detailed insights to the business
• Conceptualise strategic campaign for various customer segments

To succeed in this VP Marketing (Food and Beverages) role, you will need extensive experience managing creative and media agencies, and handling more than five full 360 campaigns including TVC, digital and retail in the past couple of years.

Key Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organised
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in handling similar tasks
• Proactive, self-driven and results-oriented
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business or related
• Multiple industry experience is an advantage
• Strong resilience to thrive in a high-performing culture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in marketing is mandatory
