About the VP Operations (Logistics) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the VP Operations (Logistics) plays a key role in overseeing, managing, and improving the operations including ground operations and control tower.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all fulfilment centre activities while ensuring results are in line with budgets and key performance metrics
• Monitor daily output to ensure achievement of goals and making adjustments using available resources whenever needs arises
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the team in-country
• Oversee vendor and sourcing supplier partnerships and knowledge of operations
• Leverage access to technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to the fulfilment operations

To succeed in this VP Operations (Logistics) role, you must be proficient in working knowledge and experience in logistics processes and procedures from first, middle until last-mile services.

Key Requirements:

• Familiarity with logistics operation flow
• Strong strategic and continuous improvement skill
• Preferably working within logistics industry
• Strong project management skills
• Minimum of 15 years' experience leading logistics functions, warehouses and fulfilment operations
