Job Description

PT CPP is an organization with multiple business units, in this opportunity, we are hiring capable and passionate team leader for our food logistics operation in west Indonesia, specifically looking for candidates with experience in related field (preferably from FMCG company).


What candidates will be responsible for:

  • Intense communication with 3PL to solve problems in inventory or distribution problems.
  • Maintain and monitor stock available and then plan for stock replenishment.
  • Report delivery cost ratio and occupancy rate daily.
  • Leading daily logistics operational team.
  • Ensure maximum capacity in distribution with minimum cost, delivered safely and on time to customer.
  • Managing delivery and inventory for two distribution center with the highest selling network in the company.
  • Monitor and keep track of Proof of Delivery documents.


Candidates we are looking for:

  • Knowledge in cold storage and cold truck delivery is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in Bekasi.
  • Bachelor's degree with m inimum 2 years of experience in logistics supervisor preferably from FMCG company.
  • Confident in negotiation and straightforward in communicating.
  • Proficient with ERP Software.
