About The GM Operations (Logistics) Role

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the GM Operations (Logistics) plays a key role in overseeing, managing, and improving the operations including ground operations and control tower.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the team in-country
• Manage all fulfilment centre activities while ensuring results are in line with budgets and key performance metrics
• Oversee vendor and sourcing supplier partnerships and knowledge of operations
• Leverage access to technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to the fulfilment operations
• Monitor daily output to ensure achievement of goals and making adjustments using available resources whenever needs arises

To succeed in this GM Operations (Logistics) role, you must be proficient in working knowledge and experience in logistics processes and procedures from first, middle until last-mile services.

Key Requirements

• Strong strategic and continuous improvement skill
• Strong project management skills
• Minimum of 15 years' experience leading logistics functions, warehouses and fulfilment operations
• Familiarity with logistics operation flow
• Preferably working within logistics industry
