About The GM Finance (Securities) Role

Reporting to the business leaders, you will contribute in comprehensive financial accounting and tax reporting services while ensuring strict adherence to financial accounting norms and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will oversee general affairs and human resources functions to ensure smooth operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VAT and income tax computation and reporting
• Enforce control principles and update SOP
• Handle commission fee income processes
• Prepare and publish statutory financial statements
• Validate and review submitted expense information
• Monitor mandatory staff training and follow up
• Control and report block leave
• Manage pantry expenses, supplier invoices, vehicle maintenance
• Contribute to internal control certifications
• Provide financial analysis to senior management
• Handle funding of Nostro accounts
• Provide financial accounting and tax reporting services
• Maintain insurance documents
• Monitor regulatory ratios and liaise with compliance
• Receive expense information and supporting documents
• Perform controls in ORUS system
• Manage vehicle insurance processes
• Contribute to the Internal Control Framework
• Support auditors and provide responses
• Ensure compliance with financial accounting regulations
• Assist in monthly payroll activities and tax payments
• Control access card issuance and coordinate with IT

To succeed in this GM Finance (Securities) role, you will need to possess strong financial and accounting skills, general affairs and human resources capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Experience with preparing and publishing financial statements
• Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory ratios
• Familiarity with securities licensing regulations
• Proficiency in managing mandatory staff training and reporting
• Ability to perform controls within accounting systems
• Strong knowledge of International and Local Accounting Standards
• Organisational skills to manage various responsibilities concurrently
• Competence in managing tax computations, reporting, and payments
• Ability to assist in monthly payroll activities and tax payments
• Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in financial accounting, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance
