Job Description

A Real Estate Company with projects in Greater Jakarta, Karawang and Bali is looking for a Project Manager (technical) for a new housing project in Tangerang.


Responsibilities

Lead the technical team in the construction project

Propose on technical specifications

Coordinate meetings with contractors and consultants

Supervise and prepare necessary reports


Qualifications

Experience in housing projects

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Must be proficient in CAD and able to use 3D modeling software
