About The Company

Our client is an established FMCG sector. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for talented professionals to join them as a HR Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Kick off organisation transformation
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Proven working experience as HR Manager - minimum 10 years of working experience of which 7 must be in HR function
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
