About The GM Sales And Marketing (Polymers) Role


The GM Sales and Marketing (Polymers) plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all sales and marketing activities within the organisation. This includes strategising, planning, and executing sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and report on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Create and implement effective pricing strategies in alignment with market dynamics and company goals
  • Contribute to the development of the annual budget and manage resources effectively
  • Oversee business development efforts to expand the company's presence in new markets and industry segments

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Readiness to travel as required for business development and client engagements
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis methodologies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market trends and data
