Job Description

Valenta, is a crucial step to drive growth and acquire clients.


Responsibilities

  • Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight Valenta's unique value proposition. Tailor presentations to address specific client pain points and showcase how the agency can deliver results.
  • Client Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within target industries. Develop a prospecting strategy to reach out to key decision-makers and introduce Valenta's services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Understand their hiring needs, challenges, and goals, and position Valenta as a solution to their talent acquisition needs.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase Valenta's visibility and attract potential clients. This may involve online advertising, content creation, social media marketing, and attending industry events.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation processes, address objections, and work towards closing deals. Collaborate with the agency's leadership to structure contracts that are mutually beneficial.


Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for building relationships with potential clients. The candidate should be able to articulate the agency's value proposition, negotiate terms, and address client inquiries.
  • Industry Knowledge: The candidate should possess a solid understanding of the headhunting and recruitment industry, including its trends, challenges, and competition. This knowledge will enable them to effectively position Valenta's services and address client needs.
  • Proven Sales and Marketing Experience: Look for candidates who have a successful track record in sales and marketing, particularly within the staffing or recruitment industry. Experience in headhunting or talent acquisition is a significant advantage.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: In today's digital age, a candidate with knowledge of online marketing, social media, and content creation can help expand Valenta's online presence and reach a broader audience.
  • Networking: A strong professional network in relevant industries can significantly facilitate client acquisition. Look for candidates who have established connections with HR professionals, executives, and decision-makers.
