Responsibilities:

In the first year, you will be joined in exclusive training program that trains and develop you to have a good leadership, and to comprehend all business processes, products, and solutions.

You will also manage the sales, marketing processes, and services. You will also have to execute the marketing plan based on the monthly targets.

Our experienced mentors and senior leaders will accompany and assist you throughout the program.

After successfully graduated from the exclusive training program, and fulfill the targets and requirements, you will be promoted as an Agency Leader and given the right and authority to lead and manage a team of professional marketing personnel. As a Leader you will be responsible for performing some key functions of recruitment, initiation, development, coaching, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Have min 3 years of working experience (Preferably in sales and marketing)

• Bachelor degree

• Have a good interpersonal skill
