Senior Finance Manager - Corporate Real Estate

This position is a single contributor role and to be placed in its one of its property facilities (global bank).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare business presentation whenever necessary
• Manage relationship with Regional Finance team
• Drive strategic planning, monthly financial outlook and annual budgeting process
• Work collaboratively with functional partners (Capital Projects, Real Estate, and Facilities Management) to support the execution of business plans by providing financial insights and ensuring the financial impact in line with the plan
• Identify opportunities and deep dive on real estate strategy for the bank
• Establish relationship and close alignment with Financial controller to ensure compliance of the financial reporting with the adopted accounting GAAP and financial policies

Key Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance. Experience in Property/Real Estate would be a plus
• Good analytical skills and able to demonstrate critical thinking.
• Bachelor from reputable university with accounting/finance as principle
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills are required
• Energetic, result oriented and willing to go extra mile for common goals
