Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Business level english speaking and writing proficiency
• Min 4 years of experience in B2B sales, Events Management, and Brand, preferably in a related industry.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for B2B strategies and event concepts.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in any major

Job Role:

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
• Plan, organize, and execute successful events, including conferences, trade shows, and client engagements to drive business growth
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
• Develop and execute B2B strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
• Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive business growth through B2B development and client/partner engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
