:

• Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse assets.
• Ensure the alignment and accuracy of travel documents with inbound and outbound physical goods.
• Maintain both hardcopy and softcopy documentation for record-keeping purposes.
• Evaluate the utilization of manpower resources to drive productivity and facilitate business growth.
• Control and monitor stock levels and the usage of forklift fuel.
• Accountable for ensuring the reports are accurate and delivered within the specified timelines.
• Manage and control the usage of stock cards.
• Ensure the proper handling and safety of all warehouse equipment.
• Ensure that goods are put away correctly, both physically and in the scanner, in accordance with the designated timeline.

Job Requirements:

• Track record of warehouse management (inventory): Goods, Packaging, and Raw Materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
• Experienced in leading a team of 50+ people in order to achieve productivity gains and/or quality improvement gains.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics (warehouse and transportation) within the FMCG & FnB industry.
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software (WMS, TMS, & ERP).
• Preferably can join as soon as possible.
• Outstanding data analytics & presentation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
