Mining Industry - Contract

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1-year experience in Management Consulting with exposure to operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• At least 3-year experience in project planning and implementation, within the mining, other resources, or manufacturing industry
• Wide experience in industry and business practices
• MBA with operation/business improvement experience is highly preferred.
• Graduate/Master's degree in mining and geology engineering related, Industrial Technology, Management Information Systems, and Business & Economics, General Management or other engineering related field.

• Lean Six Sigma black belt certification is highly preferable
• Interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written both in English and Indonesian

• Highly motivated and energetic, able to grow quickly, and able to work under pressure (high energy)
