Product Manager Customer Excellence

You're daily routine willl be :

• Creating system to manage all complaints, suggestions, and inputs from users in upstream process
• Together with customer excellence team, building an integrated customer support system
• Bridging user's needs with other product managers in upstream ops to ensure the right prioritization

You'll excel it, if you :

• Understand and apply product management practice and ritual to daily work (e.g., PRD, product prioritization, etc)
• Understanding in customer experience is a huge plus
• Able to work and finish the job with no or minimal supervision
• Understanding in supply chain process is a huge plus
