They are aggressive in advancing the business through excelling business practice, hence looking for a Commercial Excellence Head

• Working horizontally within the region and Business Unit to drive alignment, execution, accountability and results
• Translating strategic objectives into operational plans
• Contributing to sales and marketing strategic decisions and playing a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approach
• Coaching team members to deliver high performance and promote Growth Values
• Leading and coordinating the country implementation of Commercial Excellence initiatives aligned to global strategy
• Setting KPIs and performance management process, assess regional performance, identify performance gaps and drivers, develop remediation / action plans and deploy resources as needed
• Establishing a commercial operating mechanism that enables the company to manage the commercial activities, funnel, sales numbers, with rigor and predictability
• Developing and implementing, together with the Sales and Marketing department, of different marketing & sales projects in line with the strategic imperatives of the organization
• Identifying and supporting the roll out of tools related to: Account planning and Analytics tools (margin management, CRM, etc)
• Driving continuous improvement in the commercial (sales and operations) processes

The Successful Applicant

• Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must
• Minimum 8 years experience in Commercial Excellence of pharmaceutical / consumer goods
• Strategic thinking and sharp acumen to identify strategic commercial plan
• String leadership traits and ability to direct an organization
• Market analysis, monitoring & evaluation skill is a must
• Good team player - with ability to lead cross-functional collaborations
