Description

• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide insights to senior management.
• Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise operational efficiency and identify areas for cost savings.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls and safeguards.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
• Oversee costing activities at manufacturing facilities in various locations.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving financial objectives.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in progressively senior financial roles, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• In-depth understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Good communication skill in English.
• Experience working in manufacturing company
• Excellent analytic skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent.
