Worley is in bid phase for a mining project based in Indonesia. Worley has supported the project’s feasibility study and has now been engaged to undertake civil detailed design for earthworks and roads. Worley is in discussions for additional packages of work and is looking for expressions of interest for a Project Manager for a commitment of 2+ years with the opportunity to extend.

As the Project Manager on this project, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver the excellent work as focus in your career journey with Worley

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• To achieve or better the budgeted gross margin.
• To plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals.
• To ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded.
• To provide strong HSE leadership

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (Chartered Engineer preferable)
• Minimum of 15 years industry experience, with at least 5 years experience in project management.
• Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment
• Previous experience as a project manager on projects of up to US$1B in total value.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• High level of customer focus
• Proven ability in leading multidiscipline activities.
