Head Project Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:

·Lead the project management running and strategy for all ZiCare implementation operations and ensure implementation progress is being tracked effectively.

·Lead a team of external and internal project managers to ensure effective use of ZiCare project management tools and to track say to say progress at each hospital.

·Ensure effective sprint planning, backlog management and daily standups for day-to-day implementation.

·Ensure all implementation processes are in line with ZiCare SOP’s, blocked tasks are highlighted quickly and timelines for project delivery are being met.

·Create and deploy an implementation performance assessment strategy to provide a clear understanding of how partners are tracking against ZiCare implementation quality guidelines.

·Create digital tools to track implementation progress in real time.

·Report progress and updates directly to COO and board members.

·This role reports directly to the COO, candidate must have adequate experience and competence.

Requirements:

·Must have extensive project management experience with a strong preference towards operational project management.

·Experience implementing large scale systems such as ERPs or EMRs.

·Experience using Azure DevOps is strongly preferred however experience with Jira or other Project Management tools will also be accepted.

·Knowledge and experience developing dashboards with PowerBI is a must with a background of working as a data or business analyst.

·Knowledge of how to build effective dashboards and data models which serve business driven purposes.

·Leadership experience managing large groups of people.

·Ability to create big picture strategies and SOPs to enhance team ways of working.
