Our client is one of the top conglomerate company is currently seeking the best candidate for the position of Head of Mining Operations with details as follows :

Requirements:

1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field from a reputable university with a GPA exceeding 3.40.

2. A track record of leading coal mining operations for over 15 years is mandatory.

3. Demonstrated capability to identify suitable work methods and oversee mining activities.

4. Strong leadership skills, analytical acumen, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

5. Exceptional abilities in analysis, evaluation, supervision, team development, and interpersonal communication.

s:

1. Assume responsibility for guiding the team towards achieving production targets as set by the management. This entails enhancing productivity in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.

2. Offer well-balanced and strategic leadership across all facets and functions within the Mine Department to optimize productivity while maintaining cost-effectiveness. This encompasses mining operations, equipment maintenance, technical services, budgeting, and cost control.

3. Establish and uphold best-practice methodologies and a continuous improvement framework for the Mine Department, while also comparing performance with other operations.

4. Sustain and promote ongoing enhancements in mining operations, maintenance practices, forecasting, budget management, cost control, and reporting.

5. Actively participate in and provide technical guidance for major on-site projects overseen by the Projects Manager.

6. Support the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of operational and asset management strategies.

7. Fulfill other duties as assigned.
