Head Of Operations Jobs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To be accountable for Overall Operation P&L, including cost efficiency.
• Provide insights/analysis, to better understand internal situations and external market trends and dynamics.
• Accountable for Budget planning and strategy to reach it.
• In charge to create necessary update SOP and regulations for better, effective, and efficient process and better teamwork with other divisions.
• To monitor all brands and stores under Navya are representing based on Brand guideline.
• Partner closely with HR, in creating tools in Operations work performance tracking for career development along with Teams wellbeing/social welfare.
• Responsible for Operation team in delivering the best standardized customers service by creating long term plan of suitable trainings for team needs.
• Accountable for all Operation team to functions well and deliver result thru effective and efficient working flow.
• To create/standardize 360 preparation checklist/working flow for any store opening, closing preparations, bazaar, store events, promotions for effective and efficient working flow.
• In charge for overall business from Top Line sales, Full price Business and KPI Metrics in order to reach /budget.
• To collab closely with merchandising and marketing for overall business plan in merch allocations plan, marketing approach activities to reach budget, target and profit.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Excellent team player.
• Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa), good command of written and spoken English.
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven track record of building out successful teams with multiple years of management.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in a similar role in Retail (fashion/footwear/active lifestyle) or FMCG.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Strong in Interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, problem solving, and strong attention to details.
