Job Description

Job descriptions:

  • Run financial forecast to assess feasibility of business ideas
  • Create go-to-market plans for each initiatives to support business growth
  • Formulate short and long-term strategy to set vision and directions for the business
  • Identify market opportunities and direct the team to quickly experiment ideas
  • Explore partnerships internally and externally to build ecosystem and better penetrate market
  • Lead day-to-day operations team for better demand planning and resource allocation
  • Grow transactions and GMV for one of the Halodoc’s newest business line


Job requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing P&L
  • Able to work in day-to-day setup with C-level and senior leaders
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Have 5 years experience as people manager
  • Minimum of total 10 years experience
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Ability to work independently and be adaptable in a dynamic fast-paced environment
