Daya Dimensi Indonesia (DDI) is looking for a talented individual to help us drive our Syariah Business Team.

What You Will Do

• Stay updated on recent trends and opportunities in sharia and/or the financial market, to develop new offerings around product development.
• Creating and presenting regular industry insights updates on financial client portfolios, and supporting sales and consulting teams in building sales pipeline.
• Occasionally act as project advisor for Sharia partnerships by creating strong communication channels, implementing action items, coordinating internal data collection, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to timeline and service levels, and upholding the quality of client deliverables.
• First-hand exposure to the Sharia financial industry, and/or experience in the business consulting domain.
• Drive strong relationships with existing financial clients by building an engagement plan that involves regular client communication, insights delivery, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, the sharia financial industry, or consulting domain (preferably from top tier university).
• Must have strong knowledge of financial institution business models and an understanding of common business strategy frameworks.
• Prior experience in relationship management, project management, and driving business initiatives.

Prior experience in developing and implementing revenue maximization strategies and an ability to identify growth opportunities.
