Job Description
A leading pharma company is seeking an experienced candidate for a Head of Product Innovation (Pharmaceuticals) newly created job in Jakarta. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all product innovation-related functions.


About The Head Of Product Innovation (Pharmaceuticals) Role


Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the innovation process and defining strategies, design and roadmap of the products by ensuring it can compete successfully in a highly competitive market.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop pricing and strategies to maximise total customer value and overall revenue for product lines
  • New product development and innovation projects
  • Provide coaching, demonstrate leadership to the team
  • Determine the right design concept and technology for the new products or upgrades on existing products
  • Ensure all product innovation comply with company requirements


The successful Head of Product Innovation (Pharmaceuticals) will be detailed, results-oriented, entrepreneurial and data driven.


Key Requirements


  • Experience in ethical and herbal products is a must
  • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or a related field
  • Knowledge in project management and quality management system
