Our client is a fintech startup that which product operates as the user's personal financial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective product launch plans and marketing strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of new products. Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell products to customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering teams, sales teams, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives. Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings and communicate updates on product development and performance to key stakeholders.
• Oversee the product development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget. This includes managing the product roadmap, defining product requirements, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Conduct regular analysis of product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize product features and functionality. Use market research and user insights to inform product decision-making and prioritization.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and delivers innovative solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in product development, possess end-to-end capabilities from user research, prototyping, user testing, development to product marketing.
• Adequate knowledge and experience in fintech, specifically in lending product development.
• Fast working pace, direct, effective and eager to collaborate in startup setting environment.
• Excellent communication capabilities, able to articulate complex matter in and out towards any audience; from tech team to founders.
• Have consistent 7 years of experience in product development with at least 2 years of it in managerial role.
