About our client:

A company operating in the fields of business and investment in the Hospitality, Property, and Education sectors.

You'll be responsible for the following:

1. Formulating the company's strategy regarding the development or launch of a business product.
2. Creating modules, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to system design.
3. Coordinating with the IT team, sales and marketing, operations, and product teams to facilitate the product development process.
4. Conducting analysis of system design with the relevant team.
5. Innovating product and system ideas for the benefit of the company.

Requirements:

1. The minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.
2. Possess a fundamental understanding of a process/system and strong analytical and research abilities.
3. Exhibit excellent presentation skills.
4. Have a foundation in technical writing, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
5. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
