Identity Management Consultant Jobs

The Consultant is responsible for engagement scoping, interfacing with client project management, and overall service delivery for our customers. This position is responsible for qualifying, scoping and closing of service opportunities through managing the service delivery and services budget for engagements at customer sites. This position is a position requiring an advanced technical skill set and experience gained from numerous Identity Management solution implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate customers.
• Manage with a focus on profitability and productivity to ensure client satisfaction
• Installation, integration and deployment of either Sailpoint, Micro Focus, Failaina, CyberArk, Saviynt (or similar) product in client environments.
• This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
• Ensure that services are provided, implemented correctly and billed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
• Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.
• Monitor accounts for change in solution/product usage, personnel, goals, mission, financial conditions, competitor involvement and other areas that could influence clients’ ongoing use and/or satisfaction with products and services
• Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
• Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
• Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate customers.
• The Consultant is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units.
• Installation, integration and deployment of the SailPoint IdentityIQ (or similar products) product in client environments.
• Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
• Serve as point person for the client on Service Delivery issues / escalations and take accountability for remedying any service failures.

Requirements:

• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.
• Experience with either of the following IAM/PAM products Sailpoint, Micro Focus, Failaina, CyberArk, Saviynt or equivalent
• Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Experience in a start-up company is a plus.
• Experience in developing training modules to enable/educate customers
• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
• Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
• 5+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include enterprise software implementation experience.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
• Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
• Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (SailPoint, Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) a plus.
• Familiarity with RBAC a plus.
• Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus.

Education:

• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• J2EE certification is a plus.
• Certification in IAM/PAM products is preferable
