Responsibilities
Designing & Testing the Platform

• Write the platform requirement documents (design, content, user, and functional requirements)
• Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Identify, overview and communicate platform milestones deliverables
• Work with IT Team by communicating requirements, testing, and providing feedback for the platform
• Collaborate with the Design team to create wireframes and designs that balance the user-friendly, reusability, and aesthetic aspect of the platform.
• Lead Content Team by providing guidance, delegating, and reviewing the writings and formats as per standard (relevant, SEO-friendly, and engaging content)
• Understand customers’ needs and research interaction design and technology trends

Monitoring & Scaling the Platform

• Conducting regular bugs or errors tracking
• Identifying and monitoring platform key metrics (e.g., user growth, defining and measuring active users, engagement behavior, etc.)
• Enhance existing features and propose new features and new users/models

Requirements

• All majors are welcomed
• Work from Office
• Passionate about technology and customer experience
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Excellent communicator
• Willingness to learn and multi-tasker

Preferably

• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Tech Savvy or has previous IT-industry background
