  • Setup Application on system Jojonomic.
  • Responsive for handling Request, Complaint & Feedback From Client.
  • Meeting for Gathering Requirment with Client and Team.
  • Giving Training Product Knowlegde for user and admin
  • Maintain Relationship with Client.
  • Reporting to head of CX regarding progress client start from Go Live Project untill maintenance phase.
Requirements
  • Problem solving and information analysis skills.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with Google Sheet, Docs, and Slide
  • Well organize, discipline, and high initiative.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related.
