Community & Campaign Specialist (6 Months Contract)

You will be a part of Pensieve's special and international scale project. You play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the community as part of a campaign. Community and campaign Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a community engagement strategy to increase visibility and support for the campaign.

Note: Please provide documentation of the community events you have previously handled.

You can expect to:

• Build a sense of community, and sharing content that highlights the project's values and goals.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and Q&A sessions.
• Report and analyze the social media engagement performance by monitoring online conversations and analytics, so we can adapting with campaign strategy accordingly.
• Publicise contents about the campaign and endorsements to social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop and manage a community activation plan to achieve the project's values and goals.
• Organize community member across Indonesia.

Specific to this role:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in community engagement and/or grassroots organising
• Have minimum a year of experience in Digital Community Engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for community engagement
• Familiarity with the local political landscape and community groups is a plus
• Have excellent writing skill
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Highly interested in Indonesia's political dynamics
