- Minimum S1/D4 with 3-year experience or S2 in relevant major is prefered.

- Last education with IPK Minimum 3.0 from reputable university is prefered.

- English communication skill both verbally and in writing.

- Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective Procurement & Contract Process.

- Actively participate to develop SOWA (upcoming Decommisioning Project) with contract owner.

Education – Min. Bachelor Degree of Psychology

Experience – Min. 2 year of working experience in the related field as recruitment and selection (mass hiring experience is preferred)

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) utilization : Assist with the implementation of new ATS System in accordance with the agreed guidelines

Skilled at Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, PPT.

Develop and implement relevant rules/policies/processes, resolve the most important issues in the business domain, and develop cases or problem resolution guidelines.

Support account department in organize review and SDT decision-making.

Regularly tracking the task of the account and ensure the task implement in time.

Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin is preferable.

Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.

Experience with industry software such as CRM, etc.

Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
