Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Help in creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base or FAQ resource to support customer inquiries
- Assist the customer experience team in providing timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various communication channels (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.)
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting as required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset to provide exceptional service and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
