Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Help in creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base or FAQ resource to support customer inquiries
  • Assist the customer experience team in providing timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various communication channels (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.)
  • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting as required
Requirements


  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset to provide exceptional service and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
