Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and sales team to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with the customer journey and support lead generation and sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals and objective s .
• Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising , and SEO .
• Continuously research and test new digital marketing tactics, platforms, and tools to optimize marketing performance and drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and manage the online reputation of the company, engaging with customers and responding to feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, SEM, and content creation.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in generating reports and insights from marketing data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, paid advertising , Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
