Job Brief
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns that promote the growth and visibility of the company and clients. They will be in charge of utilizing the latest marketing tools and strategies, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media ads, and display advertising, to drive traffic and improve the company's and clients’ online presence.
Working Hours
- Day off on weekends
- 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Religious Holiday
Responsibilities
- Determine trends and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions, leveraging data and analytics to identify target audience behavior and preferences.
- Allocate marketing funds effectively and plan direct marketing campaigns across various channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and other relevant platforms, to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Continuously monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement. Utilize this information to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Implement and evaluate performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Measure and assess the ROI of marketing efforts, ensuring that marketing budgets are allocated efficiently and delivering measurable results.
- Conduct trials and conversion tests to identify opportunities for improvement and increase conversion rates, optimizing landing pages, ad copy, and user experience.
- Provide internal and external reports on a regular basis, summarizing key performance indicators, campaign results, and actionable insights to keep stakeholders informed of the progress and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Explore and execute innovative partnerships across technologies and platforms to expand reach and drive customer acquisition. Stay ahead of the competition by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing 360
- Strong understanding of marketing tools and strategies, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Knowledge of website analytics and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for delivering results through digital marketing initiatives and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
- Have working tools such as Laptop and Handphone.
