Position: Client Service Specialist

Location: Hybrid, Jakarta, Indonesia

Right now we are expanding the Indonesia team and looking for a Client Service Specialist in Jakarta who will assist Country Manager on running KIT Global services into Indonesia and make sure we are delivering world class brand service to the clients.

The role entails the following:

• Develop a NPS (Net Promoter Score) for client’s satisfaction & loyalty;
• Act as a product expert and show the value of it to the publishers on regular basis;
• Attend various trade shows and events whenever necessary;
• Serve clientele of entire KIT Global which includes (SEO, SMM, Affiliate, Mobile & more);
• Provide suggestions and ideas regarding the company's processes and services and help define department processes in the local offices.
• Aggregate and understand client’s feedback and deliver their campaign as per the feedback;
• Cross sell/ Upsell with the existing clients for more budgets or better conditions for publisher partners;
• Perform your own outreach to the publishers and present company’s products and services, prepare presentations/ strategies for publishers to optimize their traffic for the company’s advertisers;
• Cooperate with the Global team regarding your tasksand processes;
• Meet with existing clients in person or on calls;

What we expect:

• Result oriented, self-motivated, passionate and an enthusiastic, contributing team member with the ability to work independently with management, guidance, and supervision;
• Exceptional communications skills both oral & written;
• 3+ years of experience in sales that into affiliate marketing domain with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets;
• Knowledge of tracking of sales or any other actions which are payable by the client
• Solid relationships with the Tier 1/ Tier 2 publishers in Asia demographic;
• Great team player with a desire to work in a high growth, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in English is a must;
