Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for forecasting future expenses associated with the assets
• Monitor assets ordering, purchasing, receiving, storing and distributing transactions
• Responsible for fixed assets labelling, regular inspection and taking inventory
• Manage risk for all asset (insurance)
• Track assets transfer and recording
• Responsible for the management of all assets belonging to the company
• Responsible for asset opname
• Responsible for registering the assets ledger and managing the fixed assets with fixed assets management system

Requirements

• Good analytical and strategic thinking
• Bachelor degree of Finance or Accounting
• 3 years related working experience
• Familiar with assets management
• Good verbal and written English is a must
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
