Responsible for managing and maintaining a company's assets, including physical as well as financial assets.

Basic knowledge of store room operations, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, or order management.

Make recommendations based on inventory levels, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations and obsolescence management

Develop and manage SOP’s associated with the repair process at the client location

Provide live tracking for all assets repaired or managed

Bachelors’ degree OR equivalent (3-5) years of relevant experience

Experience in tire industry will be an added advantage

Have minimum 3 years experienced in IT Asset Management/ similar fields

Have experience with IT Asset Management System

Make work plans related to activities carried out in the Asset Management function

Perform management of procurement documents, new assets, asset mutations and disposal as well as repairs

Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision makingP

Manage related with user, third party and procurement

Minimum of 5 years experience in General Affairs, Asset Management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the procurement process of office supplies and asset management.

Complete special projects given by superiors related to asset management.

Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to asset management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
