Job Description

THIS POSITION IS FOR ONE OF ORBIT JOBS CLIENTS

Our client is looking for a Logistic & Asset Management Officer

:

  • Responding to any issues or complaints
  • Control the process of storing and delivering goods.
  • Reviewing fixed asset preventive maintenance program
  • Ensuring the assets used are according to their specifications/needs.
  • Carry out asset and inventory control and recording office regularly.
  • Analyze operational asset risks according to applicable SOP and create office asset management strategies.
  • Responsible for warehouse entry and exit management, do a monthly inventory count, and sort out and check the current month's inventory data
  • Ensure the company’s inventory/material for project purposes are stored properly and neatly
  • Plan and carry out annual stock taking.
  • Prepare and coordinate with related departments for the needs of work assets/tools.
  • Making plans and monthly and annual work budgets related to the procurement of office assets.
  • Responsible for managing all inventory and company assets, including operational cars (rental)
  • Reporting monthly fixed assets & depreciation to related departments
  • Report the results of inventory taking to related departments
  • Provide asset management accountability reports to superiors on a regular basis (weekly/monthly).
  • Able to track assets and inventory on all sites.
  • Monitor and conduct an annual analysis regarding the age and condition of office assets, prepare an asset replacement plan so that risks and disruption to work plans can be minimized (renewal).
  • Carry out inventory taking every month
  • Monitoring Stock Assets and Work Equipment.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Support and cooperate with all dept related
  • Serve and provide information related to warehouse inventory data
  • Conducting monthly inventory reports to related departments


Qualifications:

- Minimum education S1 Management

- Have experience working as an asset management min. 2 years

- Have a qualified understanding of fixed assets

- Have good skills in Microsoft Excel

- Having experience in a similar field will be a plus point

- Having accuracy and neatness in administration along with integrity

- Having administrative accuracy and orderliness

- Having the ability to present and write reports

- Able to work individually or in a team

- Willing to work mobile to all sites (if necessary, to carry out routine checks of assets at each site)
