Qualifications & Responsibilities

• An analytical approach with a results-oriented mindset
• Manage, data, and oversee the physical assets of the organization, including buildings, equipment, furniture products, paintings and assets, and inventory, by planning, organizing, and directing operational activities.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hands-on asset management or a similar role
• Work collaboratively with property management teams to identify challenges and execute timely and effective solutions.
• Review and improve property operations including the property conditions.
• Willing to work fully remote
• Fluent in English
• Manage the maintenance of all physical assets of the organization by planning, organizing, and directing operational activities.
