10+ years of previous equipment management / asset management experience in engineering and construction company

Responsible for supporting the heavy civil construction operations and asset management

Responsibility for the heavy civil construction equipment fleet, plant production equipment, and associated equipment management personnel team members.

Manage daily timekeeping logs, and equipment logs, as well as complete daily reports and daily diaries.

Asset acquisition procurement & divesture experience

Good communication skill in both Bahasa and English.

Identify and implement improvement to inventory and FA control management procedures

Minimum 3 years experience in inventory/ FA control

Control and monitor inventory and fixed asset records

Stock opname inventory and fixed asset in clubs

Reconcile physical counts and system/ accounting records, identify discrepancies, and investigate

Monitor accurate balance, price, and cost calculation

Excellent leadership & management skills

2. Business finance for non-finance manager

Project management(CAPEX, resources, timeline, execution & commissioning)

Manage relationships with contractors & service providers

Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts including equipment, electrical & mechanical systems

Experience in planning maintenance operations, OEE improvement

Knowledge of the market is a must

Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field

Hydraulic equipment ( pumps, motors, tanks, valves etc. )

Filter ( air, fuel etc )

Tipping cylinders ( for dump trucks ; front end-, side-, underbody- etc. )

Minimum of 5 years experience in hands-on asset management or a similar role

Work collaboratively with property management teams to identify challenges and execute timely and effective solutions.

Willing to work fully remote

Manage the maintenance of all physical assets of the organization by planning, organizing, and directing operational activities.

An analytical approach with a results-oriented mindset

Review and improve property operations including the property conditions.

5 years of working experience in production management

Experience: At least eight years of previous experience in workshop management, equipment rental, or a related field is typically preferred

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage workshop operations, rental schedules, and customer requests

Workshop Management: Oversee the daily operations of the workshop facility

Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels for workshop tools, equipment, and rental items

Knowledge of mining equipment and its application, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, maintenance, and inventory management

Experienced in manage and monitor all of company's valuables required for the project

Has minimum 5 years experiences in the same background and industry
