We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Performance Manager to oversee our Performance Executive and drive performance marketing campaigns for our venture-backed startup clients. As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring campaign success and managing the day-to-day operations of your team. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to execute campaigns across all media channels, including search (SEM/PPC/Google) and social (FB/LinkedIn).

This is a fully remote role, meaning you can work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic, fun and fast-growing team.

We're seeking a passionate Performance Manager to join us and take KPI Media to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for your Account Manager, who will be briefing you on all the tasks that you need to complete.
• Be the project manager for the team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and with 100% precision.
• Oversee and strategize paid social campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and other social channels. Occasionally, execution might be required.
• Oversee and coach the Performance Executive in executing and optimizing paid search and social campaigns.
• Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted and are on track to meet clients' goals & KPIs.
• Be the final reviewer of all insights and recommendations for the dashboards that will be used to present during Client WIPs.
• Oversee and strategize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search Ads, 3rd party ad platforms and other search engines. Occasionally, execution might be required.
• Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to your Account Manager.
• Oversee and manage all the recurring weekly & monthly optimization tasks for all clients assigned to your team(i.e. Keyword Expansion, Ad Testing, Negative Management, Budget Management, etc.).

Requirements:

• Experienced in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Pixel Implementation is required
• Experience managing performance campaigns on advertising platforms is required
• Loves startup cultures: a work hard, play hard mentality is a must (the harder, the better)
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in search marketing, digital marketing, and/or another highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment.
• Certifications: Google Skillshop (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Blueprint (optional). Certifications are not required for application but must have while employed with KPI Media.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Loves working independently and as a team
• Experience working at agencies or startups is advantageous
• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and leading a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred but not necessary
