Job Description

:

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for the management of digital activities across social, search, and display platforms. He will plan and execute the paid digital media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, our specialist will be essential to ensuring that integrated digital strategies are aligned with the client’s objectives. To be ideal for this role, our candidate has already decided on a career in SEM and is highly motivated to continue learning and growing in the field.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Map ad formats to advertising objectives
  • Oversee growth in performance to meet clients’ business goals and strategies.
  • Present account reviews internally as well as to clients
  • Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance
  • Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
  • Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior
  • Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
  • Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads – A/B testing.
  • Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and have possess an added value
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices.
  • Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
  • Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy
  • Plan and Optimize landing page testing
  • Build Budget Recommendations & Pitch Decks

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience on Amazon search (AMS) preferred. Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus (HTML, reading ASP, PHP code...)
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
  • Performance marketing experience highly desirable
  • Preferably fresh graduates in Marketing or any related field
