About This Senior Performance Marketing Manager Role

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director while covering Performance Marketing, SEO & CRM operations

Key Responsibilities

• Long term planning and execution of online marketing activity and strategy across channels, and continuously identifying the need for opportunistic short term activity to close gaps to the business plan
• Manage a set of online marketing channels and their respective teams to perform at the absolute fullest potential, while coaching and guiding all subordinates to grow stronger in their roles
• Act as the Marketing Director’s right hand and key opinion leader on all marketing related topics, as well as shaping the strategy and direction for marketing efforts
• Ownership to the business plan ensuring that marketing activities corresponds to the topline and bottom-line targets set for each month
• Project manage major sales events and key strategic projects
• Researching and analyzing industry trends, to identify new threats and opportunities at an early stage
• Coordinate activities across departments such as product managers, buyers, graphic designers, newsletter, social media, onsite and business development to convert creative ideas into high performing activity and a flawless customer experience

To succeed in this Senior Performance Marketing Manager role, you must be a team player, understand the needs of the Company and create directions around it, and be able to lead a team

Key Requirements

• Has good time management and amazing communication skills
• Minimum of Seven years of experience with Performance Marketing/CRM Scope
• Strong understanding and able to lead a team
