  • Coordinates with external digital marketing partners to gather insights and leverage them for account improvement
  • Understand how to assess technical implementation related to Digital Marketing enhancement and able to collaborate with tech/product team to identify and troubleshoot the issue as well as provide potential solutions based on judgment and experience
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to analyze data and previous campaigns to develop a better understanding of market demand, supply, consumer behavior and identify new marketing opportunities
  • Act as a digital consultant for stakeholders and working together with the product marketing manager to develop an integrated campaign strategy
  • Responsible to translate marketing business objectives in conjunction with the active marketing campaigns to activate users across the whole customer journey by utilizing robust channel mix media plan, market trends, user behavior, audience insights, and data-driven analytic methodology to reach growth KPIs
  • Contribute in creating innovation or use cases for Digital Marketing best practices that are applicable for multiple services or product group based on accumulated knowledge and expertise in the Digital Marketing domain
  • Supervise Performance Marketing campaign management across channels, e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads (including Search Ads/SEM and Youtube Ads), Programmatic Media Buying, Ad Networks, etc.
  • Responsible for leading Performance Marketing activities for Transport Thailand and Vietnam market.

Requirements


  • Previous experience in translating complex data findings into clear insights, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Analytical thinking & good numerical reasoning skills. Strong commercial acumen combined with an uncanny ability to extract and analyze data
  • Min. 3 years of Performance Marketing experience (SEM, Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, App Install, YouTube Ads, etc)
  • Have experience in handling digital marketing strategy and execution for e-commerce or online platform in APAC is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, and a self-responsibility for the insights that you produce
  • Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Experience in mobile app tracking & attribution tool (or MMP) such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, etc is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Any major is welcome, but quantitative / analytical discipline is preferred (e.g. science or math)
  • Hands on experience in account management tools, e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DoubleClick Bid Manager is highly preferable.
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English, self-driven, strive for excellence
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheet or similar data processing tool for Data Analysis and Reporting purposes. Experienced in dashboard tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc is a plus.
  • Familiar with Prospecting Marketing, Remarketing, mobile app install & acquisitions.
